Non Heated
This calming class combines long-held stretches with gentle energy work. Yin Yoga helps release tension in the hips, low back, and shoulders by holding poses for a few minutes at a time, allowing your body to open slowly and deeply.
During class, Reiki—a relaxing, hands-on or hands-off energy practice—may be offered to help you feel more balanced, grounded, and at ease.
