Sophia Bonacorso

Sophia Bonacorso

 Owner and Instructor

Sophia began her movement journey as a professional ballet dancer, training with Boston Ballet and performing with Nashville Ballet, where she developed a strong foundation in alignment, discipline, and body awareness. Initially turning to yoga for cross-training and injury prevention, she found a deeper passion for the practice, especially during her mother’s battle with cancer, when yoga became a source of strength and peace. Now a 200-hour certified teacher, Sophia leads Vinyasa Power Flow, Restorative Flow, Zen Strength (Vinyasa + HIIT), and Yoga Sculpt classes that are welcoming, energetic, and focused on building strength, balance, and connection—on and off the mat.
