Owner and Instructor
Sophia's movement journey began when she was pursuing her dream as a professional ballet dancer. After training with Boston Ballet and dancing professionally with Nashville Ballet, she developed a deep understanding of alignment, discipline, and body awareness. Ballet first introduced her to yoga for cross-training and injury prevention, but it quickly grew into a deeper passion.
Yoga became even more meaningful during her mother’s battle with cancer where Yoga offered her strength and peace in a difficult time. Inspired by its healing power, Sophia wanted to create a space for others to experience that same sense of empowerment and connection.
She holds a 200-hour certification and teaches Vinyasa Power Flow, Restorative Flow, Zen Strength (Vinyasa + HIIT), and Yoga Sculpt. Her classes are welcoming, groovy, and designed to help students build strength and balance—on and off the mat.

Casey discovered yoga during a time of transition in her life. Balancing multiple roles in project management and community engagement, Casey felt a pull toward something deeper—something that nurtured both body and mind. She took her first class at a small yoga studio, and from that moment, she was hooked. What started as an occasional practice quickly became a weekly ritual, grounding her in movement, breath, and mindfulness. Yoga wasn’t just an escape it became a path toward clarity, purpose, and healing.
To Casey, yoga is about creating a deeper mind-body connection, learning to move with awareness, and breathe with intention. Casey's classes blend dynamic flows with breathwork and mindful movement, helping students cultivate self-awareness, inner balance, and a sense of peace.
